Refund policy

At Rexa.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for refund, and share pictures if needed.

  3. Our team will guide you through the process.

💡 Note: Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
